Murabaha with a fixed total
A sale, not a loan with a fixed rate
The institution buys the asset, takes ownership and risk, then sells it to you at a total fixed at contracting. The distinction from a fixed-rate loan is that goods were transferred and the seller bore ownership risk, not that the percentage stays constant.
Verify the institution actually acquires the asset rather than disbursing cash against your invoice.
